About
A small senior team, deliberately.
Varticalon is a B2B marketing agency in Holon, Israel. We work with a small number of technology companies at a time, and the people you meet in the first call are the people who do the work.

Our story
Varticalon was founded in 2026 by marketers who had spent their careers inside B2B software companies, on the client side of agency relationships. We had seen what agencies do well and where they go wrong: junior teams behind senior pitches, activity reported instead of pipeline, and strategy decks that never reach the people who write the emails.
We built the agency we had wanted to hire. Senior people only. A pipeline model agreed before any spend. One team accountable for positioning, content, demand and the operations that make them measurable.
We work from Holon, on the edge of Tel Aviv, with clients across Israel, Europe and North America.
How we think
Decide, then execute
We push for one position and one plan. Optionality is how marketing budgets disappear.
Pipeline, not activity
Every report we send starts with qualified opportunities and revenue. Impressions come last, if at all.
Senior by default
No account managers between you and the work. The person on the call is the person doing it.
Say the uncomfortable thing
If a channel is not working, or a positioning is not landing, you hear it from us first, in writing.
The team
Everyone who works on your account is listed here. No bait and switch.

Let’s talk about your next quarter.
Thirty minutes, no slides. We’ll ask about your pipeline, your team and what you’ve already tried, then tell you honestly whether we can help.
