This policy explains what personal information Varticalon Consulting & Development Ltd (“Varticalon”, “we”) collects through this website, why we collect it and the choices you have. It applies to visitors of this website only; client engagements are governed by their own agreements.
Information we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number and company (if provided), the service you are interested in and your message. We also record the time of submission and the IP address of the request, which we use to limit abuse of the form.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website is used. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. Where consent is required by law, analytics is only enabled after you accept it.
How we use it
Contact form submissions are used to respond to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal. We send you a copy of your message by email as confirmation. We do not add you to any marketing list without your explicit consent.
Analytics data is used to improve the website’s content and performance.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are delivered through Resend, our transactional email provider, and stored in our email system. The website is hosted on Vercel and content is managed in Sanity. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy commitments. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you so that we can follow up on the conversation, then deleted unless an engagement has begun.
Your rights
Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to its processing. Write to the email address on the contact page and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date at the top of the page shows the current version.
